如何讓自己快樂?

看完了以上，感覺小路生活過的很開心，自由，我很羨慕你能過自己想要的生活，但自己也想開心自由卻做不到，希望你永遠順心，開心^^ <br>

學道好像不容易喔，要靜心無雜念對我來說很難做到，我是常帶著小孩四處去 大廟拜拜沒有說很快樂，但在廟裡時會安心自在一些暫時忘掉一些煩人的事 <br>

我都是聽音樂或是出去旅行、逛街 

我讓自己快樂的方法就是...買東西吃東西<br /> 工作家事都不如意時<br /> 有放假時就買個車票坐車離開自己的居住地<br /> 吃吃喝喝當貴婦

保持平常的心情,淡定的看待世間的一切.

運動!<br /> 可以紓解壓力<br /> 又可以讓自己更有精神<br /> 而且又不怕吃東西(代謝好真的不怕吃)<br /> 有吃心情就好啦!<br />

做自己有興趣的事或是學習新事物，讓自己對生活懷抱新鮮感，少欲知足的人也容易快樂。
