  • 感謝版主的分享喔 我也覺得外食族的減重很重要啊 尤其是現在的人都普遍吃外面 但是我總覺得外面的青菜都會炒得太鹹太油了啊 所以也要注意鹽分的攝取啊 不要喝貴多的湯不然怕鈉含量太重吧 但是要拒絕甜點好難啊
  • 基本上就是不要重口味<br /> 選白肉為主<br /> 這樣就能夠減少熱量<br /> 其實若是能夠搭配運動<br /> 大可以不必這麼辛苦啦!
  • 重口味會促進食慾,我本身奉行少油少糖並吃蔬食,不碰肉類海鮮等已十年,覺得身體更健康。

  • 這幾點根本太簡單了.......<br /> 我從小大到幾乎都是外食族<br /> 從小讀書一直沒有住在家裡<br /> 常常被四處送來送去讀書連現在出社會也沒跟家人同住<br /> 所以我本身第一不喝汽水類的飲料<br /> 我也非常怕吃零食跟甜食........<br /> 油炸類我又怕我的臉會長痘痘<br /> 我本身吃東西吃非常少量大概是正常人的一天一餐的量而已<br /> 然後又有運動習慣.....<br /> 然後我的同事都說我幾乎可以成仙了.....<br /> 因為我在公司幾乎不吃中餐的<br /> 客戶送東西來我也很少吃給我幾乎都不要<br /> 然後可能會有人覺得我飲食不均勻<br /> 所以我常常吃一些保健藥品來平衡我飲食不足的地方<br /> 可能會有人覺得我這樣會過瘦~<br /> 但是並沒有因為年紀到代謝慢了隨便吃都會長肉的<br /> 所以我一直保持一定體重就很正常人體重
