好霸道的主席滿500開新版的還是我<img alt="" height="37" src="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/fg/fgicon_29.gif" title="" width="38" /> 就把這當作本版的特色吧 版名怪怪的呀 沒辦法這也是每天提醒主席自己也要自我檢查 請FG不要把這版歸到性愛版好嗎? *每天記得做伸展運動: 一腿往前稍微呈弓部，雙臂打開手指也盡力往後伸展，乳房要感覺肌肉有伸展，深呼吸憋氣五秒， 六次為一組，睡前做很好，平常沒事也可以做； *每天都要按壓自己的乳房，五指併攏伸直，稍微施力按壓，乳頭也要按壓檢查， 說實在我會很怕按壓，因為很怕摸到甚麼拍咪呀，但是害怕是不行的，尤其現在女性晚婚， 生育年齡往後，甚至不生育的都有，很怕乳腺堵塞，而且身邊已婚育子的女性得到乳癌的也不少。 *要挺胸! 不要駝背或肩膀前縮，隨時隨地打開乳腺!打開! (我好像美江喔) *而且睡前不要吃碳水化合物(至少也少吃) 要去吃晚餐了 記得喔伸展伸展 &nbsp;

我還滿害怕會有這類的疾病，不過因為還沒有到醫院免費健康檢查的年紀，所以也都沒有去做， 因為我也不知道，到底正常和不正常差在哪裡耶.......不知道到底有沒有問題 -&quot; -
