許多女性認為月經來時,身體正在流失血液與熱量,大吃也不易發胖,但中山醫院婦產科醫師郭安妮指出,生理期前後體重會有1~2公斤的變化,乃因雌激素、黃體素分泌波動,造成體內水分增加與流失,並非瘦到體脂肪,若攝取過多熱量仍會發胖,而吃太少、營養不均,更恐月經紊亂,建議經期前後仍應注意飲食、多喝水促進代謝正常運作。</p>
