有人知道『它』是什麼水果(or果實)嗎?!

有一次在路上看見有人在賣<br /> 寫著鳳眼果<br /> 我問老闆這個東西要怎麼吃呀?<br /> 老闆說要煮一煮才能吃<br /> 覺得很麻煩就沒買了<br /> 原來把殼剝掉後長這樣啊<br /> 好像很好吃的樣子<br />

這是外子家小時候的零食<br />我也是第一次看過吃過<br />問他名稱怎麼唸他也說不出個所以然<br />只知道怎麼吃^ ^"<br />原來就叫鳳眼果呀<br />好開心可以跟外子炫了^ ^

沒錯！俗稱就叫品蓬（因為果實成熟時莢果會爆開,取其諧音）<br /> <br /> 超好吃的！<br /> 我一人可以吃掉一大袋！<br /> <br /> 用鹽水煮熟就可以了<br /> 一年只有這個季節吃的到<br /> 產季很短<br /> 黑殼剝掉裡面有土黃色的軟殼<br /> 也能吃<br /> 最裡面的黃色種仁像蛋黃一樣<br /> 淡淡甜甜的 很爽口！
