英文不錯的進來一下...我快瘋了

期中考,要唸書<旅遊英文>  ..課本是老師出的..
我實在是覺得裡面的英文感覺亂七八糟的耶    但因為自己英文也沒很好,所以不知道是老師寫的怪,還是我自己的問題
唸句子的時候,一直感覺老師就在眼前亂唸一通的樣子
還是我程度太差才會覺得很怪啊...讓你們看看幾句
TL=Tour  Leader,  DM=Door  Man,  FDS=  Front  Desk  Staff

TL:  Where  can  I  check  in  the  hotel? 
DM:  You`ll  go  to  the  front  dest  to  check  in  for  your  group.  Front  desk  is  divided  into  two  parts,  one  is  Reception(check  in),another  is  Cashier(check  out).  Beside  the  front  desk  is  Bell  Captain  or  Concierge.
FDS:  Good  afternoon.  Welcome  to  Holliday  Inn.What  is  your  group  name?
TL:  My  group  name  is  Phonenix  Tour  0631.
FDS:  Hold  down  a  second.  Let  me  check  the  file.Here  you  are.  How  many  rooms  do  you  need  to  have?
TL:  We  need  to  have  12  T/B  and  4  S/B  rooms.  Do  all  rooms  have  two  queen  size  beds  or  two  single  beds?
FDS:  All  rooms  we  have  are  two  queen  size  beds.Is  your  rooming  list  correct?
TL:  I  am  sorry.  I  need  to  adjust  some  rooms  and  passenger`s  names  of  my  group  for  the  new  rooming  list.

FDS:  Breakfast  will  be  served  from  6:30  am  tomorrow  at  the  banquet  room  on  the  second  floor.  Could  you  hand  your  breakfast  voucher  to  the  waiter  when  you  arrive  there? 
TL:  Could  you  set  up  our  wake  up  call  at  6:00  am  tomorrow  morning  and  the  day  after  tomorrow  at  6:30  am?
FDS:  That  would  be  ok,  sir.  When  you  go  in  your  room  to  turn  on  the  lights,  you`ll  insert  the  key  into  the  slot  next  to  the  door.  The  slot  is  used  for  energy  saving.  The  door  of  the  room  locks  automatically.
